How much is shipping within Australia?  

We have a flat rate shipping of $12.95 (for Non PO boxes / Parcel Lockers) and $14.95 for PO Boxes. 

Free shipping for orders over $120 (for Non PO boxes / Parcel Lockers). If your order qualifies for free shipping (over $120) but you would like it sent with Australia Post, there is an option at check-out to choose the "Discounted AusPost Shipping" for $5.

Do you offer Express Shipping? 

Absolutely! Express Shipping is $15.95 for orders weighing under 500g or $19.95 for any orders above 500g. 

Do you ship internationally? Do you have free international shipping? 

We sure do! Please email if you do not see your country listed at check-out. 

International shipping is calculated at check-out depending on the weight of your parcel. If your order totals AU $200+, you can qualify for free international shipping by using code 'FREESHIPINT' at check-out.

Please note that if you already have another discount code applied, the free shipping code may not work. 

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monarch Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How long does it take for my order to get to me? 

Usually, we will pack and send your order within two business days. During busy periods such as release nights, there may be a slight delay (7-10 business days) in getting your order packed. We thank you in advance for your patience. 

After your order is sent out, you will get a tracking notification with an estimate of when your order will get to you. On average, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where you live. For example, if you're also in metro-Sydney, it will be next-day delivery, but may take longer for WA or rural areas. 

I think my parcel is missing / lost / damaged, what do I do? 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, or parcels damaged in transit. Once the parcel leaves our hands, it is out of our control. 

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the relevant courier and lodge a claim at first instance. If you are not able to resolve it with them directly, feel free to email us at and we will do our best to liaise with the courier on your behalf. 

Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address and we will invoice you for the new shipping costs with the courier of your choice.  

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns if the items are unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount less a 10% restocking fee and less any shipping costs incurred. Read more about our Returns policy here
