We recommend the following wash routine to get the best out of your nappies:

Step 1: Dry Pail - Roll poo into the toilet, separate inserts from the nappy shell and place in a "dry pail" (bucket with holes) for airflow

Step 2: Pre-Wash - After 1-2 days, short wash cycle (30-60 mins) on 40-60 degrees Celcius with 1/2 standard amount of detergent. Remove and put into a second dry pail (no need to dry)

Step 3: Main-Wash - After 2-3 days, do a long wash cycle (1-2 hours) on 40-60 degrees Celcius with normal amount of detergent

Step 4: Dry - Inserts can be put in dryer on high heat / line dry in the sun. Nappy shells need to be line-dry in shade or tumble-dry on low heat (to preserve waterproofing).
